Jennifer Ok

Prior to co-founding 150Bond, Jennifer led global marketing and strategic corporate development for some of the world’s largest and most well-known corporates and consultancies, such as the NFL, Nasdaq, and most recently, BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV).

Fundamentally a connector, Jennifer has linked many innovative startups and large forward-looking corporates together in lasting and meaningful partnerships. She is also an active investor and advisor to a number of venture-backed, globally-facing startups, and sits on the boards of a number of nonprofits such as the Chopra Foundation and the Albert Einstein Foundation.

Daire Hickey

Before co-founding 150Bond, Daire helped grow Web Summit, Europe’s largest tech startup event. Daire was responsible for speakers, media, and building relationships with many of Web Summit’s biggest partners.

Before that, Daire worked as a journalist, having written for many of the top publications in Ireland. He also worked at RTÉ, the Irish national broadcaster. He is a Forbes 30 Under 30, a WEF Global Shaper, and on Friends of Europe's 40 Under 40.

Daire is an LP and active angel investor. He has been a board member of RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster from 2021 to 2025.
